Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans change. Below you will find our cancellation tiers, refund timelines, and instructions for modifying or cancelling a booking.

Cancellation Tiers

Free Cancellation

0%

24+ hours before scheduled pickup

Cancel at no cost when you notify us more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time.

50% Charge

50%

2–24 hours before scheduled pickup

A charge of 50% of the total booking fare applies for cancellations made between 2 and 24 hours before your scheduled pickup.

Full Charge

100%

Less than 2 hours before pickup or no-show

The full fare is charged for cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled pickup, or if you do not show up for the booking.

Refund Processing

Eligible refunds are processed within 5–10 business days from the date of cancellation. The exact timeline depends on your payment provider.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking. If you paid via corporate invoice, the credit will appear on your next billing statement.

How to Cancel

You may cancel or modify your booking through any of the following channels:

Customer Dashboard

Log in to your HappyJawla account, navigate to your bookings, and select "Cancel" on the relevant trip.

Email

Send your booking reference and cancellation request to support@happyjawla.com. We respond within 1 hour during business hours.

Phone or WhatsApp

Call or message our 24/7 concierge line. Provide your booking reference for immediate processing.

Exceptions & Special Circumstances

In cases of severe weather, flight cancellations, or other circumstances beyond your control, we may waive cancellation fees at our discretion. Please contact our team with supporting documentation.

Corporate account holders may be subject to separate cancellation terms as outlined in their service agreement.
