1. Service Description
HappyJawla ("we", "us", "our") operates a premium chauffeur and luxury transport platform connecting discerning clients with professional, vetted drivers and high-end vehicles. Our services include airport transfers, corporate travel, event transport, wedding chauffeur services, and bespoke journeys.
By accessing or using our website, mobile applications, or booking services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Booking & Cancellation Policy
All bookings are subject to vehicle and driver availability. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation (email or in-app notification) from our dispatch team.

3. Payment Terms
All prices are quoted in EUR (€) unless otherwise stated. Pricing is based on the vehicle class, distance, service type, and any applicable surcharges (e.g. late-night, bank holidays, or peak periods).
We accept payment via major credit and debit cards, bank transfer, and approved corporate accounts. Payment is required at the time of booking unless a corporate billing arrangement has been agreed in writing.
Corporate clients with approved accounts may be invoiced on a monthly basis. Payment of invoices is due within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
We reserve the right to charge for additional costs incurred during a journey, including but not limited to tolls, congestion charges, parking fees, and extended waiting time beyond the complimentary allowance.
4. Waiting Time Policy
We understand that delays happen. To ensure a seamless experience, the following complimentary waiting times are included with every booking:
Waiting time beyond the complimentary allowance may be charged at a per-minute rate as specified at the time of booking.
5. Passenger Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate booking details including pickup/drop-off addresses, flight numbers (where applicable), and contact information.
- Be present at the designated pickup location at the confirmed time.
- Treat all chauffeurs and vehicles with respect. Any abusive, threatening, or destructive behaviour will result in immediate termination of the journey without refund.
- Comply with all applicable laws during the journey, including seatbelt requirements.
- Not smoke, vape, or consume illicit substances in any vehicle.
- Take responsibility for any damage caused to the vehicle or its interior during the journey. You may be charged for professional cleaning or repair costs.
- Ensure that children are provided with appropriate car seats where required by law. We can supply child seats upon advance request.
6. Liability Limitations
HappyJawla acts as a technology and logistics platform connecting clients with professional chauffeurs. While we take every reasonable measure to ensure a safe, comfortable, and punctual experience, the following limitations apply:
- We shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic congestion, adverse weather, road closures, accidents, strikes, or acts of God.
- Our total liability for any claim arising from a booking shall not exceed the total amount paid for that specific booking.
- We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of business, missed flights, or missed connections, howsoever arising.
- We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage for all vehicles and journeys. In the event of an accident, claims will be handled through our insurers in accordance with applicable law.
- Personal belongings left in vehicles are the responsibility of the passenger. While we will make reasonable efforts to recover lost items, we accept no liability for loss or damage to personal property.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design elements — is the property of HappyJawla Ltd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without our prior written consent.
8. Dispute Resolution
We are committed to resolving any disputes fairly and efficiently. If you have a complaint or dispute regarding our services:
- Contact our customer support team at support@happyjawla.com within 7 days of the journey in question.
- Provide your booking reference, a description of the issue, and any supporting evidence.
- We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 14 business days.
- If the dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, either party may refer the matter to mediation before initiating legal proceedings.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
